The roles we've posted are our best guess at what we need. If you see something we're missing - a problem we're not solving or something you'd do better than anyone - make the case.

Tell us three things:

1. What you'd own at Rifflect, in a sentence or two.

2. Why it matters - the gap you see and what closing it is worth to us.

3. Why you - proof, not adjectives. Links to things you've grown, shipped, or run.

Any format works, but short is better.

Scope, compensation, and title depend on the role you define. If the pitch lands, a founder reaches out and we figure it out together.
